Biography

Dr. Mok is currently a Senior Lecturer of the Department of Economics at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and is a member of the Disability Research Centre of the US National Bureau of Economic Research. His research interests include public finance, social insurance programs and poverty and he has published in the Journal of Human Resources, National Tax Journal and the Journal of Economic Perspectives. He received his BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and his PhD from Northwestern University, USA.
