INTERNATIONAL FINANCE
The main topics of this course are: international financial markets, the effects of balance-of-payments disequilibrium and exchange rate changes on the domestic macroeconomy, various approaches to the determination of balance-of-payments and exchange rates, the evolution and the present condition of the international monetary system, monetary integration, floating vs. fixed exchange rates, and some recent concerns such as the oil price and Third World debt.
