This course covers the basic principles of security valuation and portfolio management. Topics include: capital structure and the cost of capital, dividend policy, pricing of stocks, bonds and derivative assets, risk analysis, efficient capital market theory, term structure of interest rates, portfolio management and theory of investment decision-making.
